Do I need to any special software to use Xsite?
No. Xsite is completely web based so all you need to start editing your site is Internet Explorer 7.0 or FireFox, an internet connection and a couple of minutes.
Is it easy to learn?
Absolutely! Most people are off and away within an hour of training. If you have ever used a word processing application, you will take to Xsite like a duck to water.
How do I change my site?
You simply connect to the Internet, open up your Internet Explorer web browser, and type in your website administration address. You will be prompted for a username and password. Once you are logged in you can change your site through the online editor.
Can I change my site from anywhere?
You can connect from anywhere you have an internet connection, work, home, even from an internet cafe overseas.
Can I add images?
Yes, you can upload images to your website and insert them onto pages. Text can be wrapped around the images and you can change the alignment of the images within the page to suit your design.
You can also upload documents to your website and insert them as links for your customers to download - e.g. product specifications, application forms etc.
Do I need to know any HTML?
The Xsite editor looks exactly the same as Word so you just type the content you want, format it, and save. Easy!
What if I know HTML?
If you are confident using HTML you can switch to the HTML view to hand code your pages.
How much of my site can I change?
