With over 68 years in operation, Manchester Unity Credit Union is a well-known and trusted financial co-operative that encourages savings and education, to enhance the social and economic well-being of their customers.

However, like any agile, long-operating business they know that they constantly need to evolve their marketing and support techniques to keep up with the changing times and market.

With this in mind, they contact Xplore to help them design and launch a website that reflected their history and stability, while also giving them a modern look and feel.

What's more, the website needed to be easily updatable, to allow MUCU's administration team to make interest rate changes and upload new information, as required.

The Xplore team worked to ensure consistency across all Manchester Unity Credit Union marketing mediums, by using the look and feel their current offline assets as inspiration for the new website design.

Particular care was taken to create a home page and website structure that provides first time visitors with an overview of what MUCU does, whilst also offering repeat visitors with key information, such as current interest rates, etc.

The site was also built using Xplore's Xsite content management system, making it fast and simple for MUCU staff to update the website content at anytime – in response to market and business changes.
